Appointments are designed to be comfortable and informative, led by an expert audiologist. A full hearing assessment takes approximately 60–90 minutes, while short checks, wax removal, or ear moulds typically take 30 minutes.
Each assessment includes:

- Ear examination: video inspection of the ear canal for full visibility.
- Sound testing: hearing thresholds measured across various tones.
- Speech testing: recognising words and sentences in different settings.

Payment plans are available to spread the cost of your hearing aids if required.
