Bawtry Eye Academy

In the heart of the small but perfectly formed town of Bawtry, which boasts of being comprised of mainly independent shops. Our shop located on Swan Street, a 2-3 minute walk from the main car park found in the centre of the town.


There are 2 steps at the front, with a handle to use for support, but as our building is listed we are unable to modify these any further, but our steps are much more level than lovely John the Barbers next door!

We have a more level access around the back of the shop, where we share the access with Michael of Bodymapping. 



This entrance is accessed by the drive which runs past the door of Fine & Country. We offer the use of this access to all who might need it, and ask for people to call us when they get to the back door so we can pop out and meet them and make sure we support them through into the main building. Our lovely volunteer worker Tom uses it every week for his scooter and loves the ramp! Accessibility is so important to us.
